Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
If you wish to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance (via our website), you may do so electronically by completing the withdrawal form. The withdrawal form can be downloaded [here]. It is necessary to complete the form and submit it to our customer support by clicking the submit button. We will contact you to proceed with the withdrawal process.

Return of Products
The buyer is obliged to return the product in its original condition, including all accompanying documentation. Upon receipt of the returned package, Stretch reserves the right to conduct a detailed inspection of the returned product to confirm that it is in its original condition.
Return of Defective or Damaged Products
Products must be returned in their original state without any signs of use. Stretch will not accept returns if the product shows any signs of use, such as:
* Washed or worn
* Visible external or internal traces (including residues of creams, perfumes, or makeup)
* Any other form of damage
Stretch reserves the right to carefully verify all of the above. If it is determined that the product was damaged due to the buyer’s negligence and is no longer suitable for resale, Stretch reserves the right to refuse the return. The product will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Important Notice

This type of clothing is delicate. Our models are not intended for intensive physical activity and may incur faster wear or loss of shape, for which Stretch does not bear responsibility under the return period. Please handle products with care.

Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned package and confirmation that the conditions for withdrawal have been met, including that the product is in its original state, the seller is obliged to refund the purchase price without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the buyer’s withdrawal statement. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. However, Stretch may withhold the refund until the product is received from the buyer.

If the buyer does not notify Stretch of withdrawal within the 14-day statutory period, the buyer no longer meets the legal requirements and loses the right to a refund. Stretch reserves the right to refuse any return if the statutory 14-day period has been exceeded.

Exemption from the Right of Return
Products returned with visible damage are considered used. For hygiene and health reasons, and in accordance with legal provisions (Official Gazette, Article 36.1, Paragraph 5), the law provides an exemption from the right of return, as the product can no longer be considered hygienically safe or usable. Please handle all models carefully.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be exchanged for another size or a different product of equal value. Exchanges for products of a different value than the originally purchased item are not accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the shipping costs of the replacement product.
The buyer must return the product in its original condition (see section “Return of Products”).
If, after receiving the shipment, the buyer determines that the size is incorrect and wishes to exchange it for the same product in a different size, this may be done within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Upon receipt of the returned product and confirmation that the conditions for exchange have been met, including that the product is in its original condition, the replacement product will be sent to the buyer (see section “Return of Products”).

Stretch does not assume any liability for damages incurred due to the buyer not carefully reading the terms of use of our website.
Products are not sent for fitting purposes.
